摘 要：青海卫视高清频道已实现广电网络播出，为完善高清节目源，根据青海台目前实际及未来发展方向，拟将广播电视台改造为高清采编基础上的基于云计算技术的全媒体融合新闻平台，打通全通路的多媒体发布渠道，打造一个既能结合青海台的实际应用需求，又能支持“全媒体、全业务、全流程、全覆盖、全扩展”适应青海台未来发展需要的一体化平台。

Abstract:Qinghai Satellite TV HD channels broadcast on radio and television networks has been achieved for the perfect source of HD programming,according to television current actual and future direction,intends Qinghai Radio and Television News transformation of cloud-based HD editing on the basis of television news media convergence platform,with the technical means to get through the whole passage multimedia distribution channels,creating both a practical application demand television,but also support the "all media,full-service,the whole process,full coverage,fully expanded" TV adaptation of one of the future development needs platform.
