Integrated Technology Ensuring the Safety of Direct Drinking Water and Drainage in the Expo Area

世博园区面积大、开园持续时间长、客流总量多、昼夜用水量差别大,因此,龙头水直接饮用,需要解决直接饮用水水质稳定达标及供水和排水的运行安全等问题。为此,针对拟解决的技术难题,采用臭氧活性炭与紫外组合消毒技术,研究微量有机去除、溴酸盐与臭味物质生成与削减规律、微生物泄露等影响水质的关键问题;综合应用水质监控与预警、风险识别与预测、水力水质在线模拟等技术手段,对世博供水风险特征、应急调度方案、爆管预测与预防、管网末端滞水处置等进行系统研究,并结合分散式直接饮水器的应用,构建从“源头到龙头”的世博园区直接饮用水保障技术体系;集成排水模型工具和系统运行数据,建立排水系统风险评估、诊断、运行调度优化、应急处置等措施为主的多元保障系统,形成从现场监控/抢修到泵站调度、从排水始端到排水末端、从局部到整体,全径流路线管理的排水减灾应急体系。破解了直接饮用水水质稳定达标及供水和排水运行安全的关键技术问题。

For the vast area of Expo, the long duration of exhibition, the huge total passenger volume, different water consumption between day and night and direct tap drinking, it is necessary to ensure the quality of direct drinking water all the time, as well as the safety of water supply and drainage. Thus, the following technical problems involved should be solved. Depending on technology of combining ozone-activated carbon with ultraviolet disinfection, key issues that affect water quality have been studied on, including the removal of micro organic pollutants, the production and reduction of bromate and odor compounds and microorganism leakage. Approaches like water quality monitoring and early warning, risk identification and forecasting, simulation of on-line hydraulic and water quality model are taken in a comprehensive way to systematically study the risk features of Expo water supply, the emergency scheduling scheme, the prediction and prevention of cracking of water pipeline, and terminal pipeline stagnant water treatment and otheraspects. After applied with distributed direct drinking water devices, the Expo has established the system of direct drinking water from “source to tap” with technical support. Drainage model tools and operating data of the system are integrated to establish the multiple security system, including risk assessment, diagnosis,operation optimization and emergency response of the drainage system, forming the disaster reduction system and emergency response system from on-site monitoring/first-aid repair to pump station scheduling,from beginning to end of the drainage pipeline, and from part to whole.

综合应用水质监控与预警、风险识别与预测、水力水质在线模拟等技术手段,对世博供水水厂与管网风险特征、清水应急调度方案、管网末端滞水处置、爆管预测与预防等进行系统研究,建立世博园区信息化与应急处置指挥平台。首次将管网水力水质模型与爆管识别与预防系统、营业系统、VIP系统、客服系统进行系统集成,实现在统一的平台上对供水信息解析与展示,创造性应用管网运行风险预测模型对世博园区周边高危管道进行风险排序,提出爆管预防措施,保障了世博园区直接饮用水系统的运行安全。

By technological means of water quality monitoring and early warning, risk identification and prediction and on-line simulation of water power and quality, comprehensive studies are made on risk features of Expo water plants and pipelines, the emergency scheduling scheme of pure water, the treatment of terminal pipeline stagnant water and the forecasting and prevention of pipe burst, thus establishing the emergency platform of command. It is the first time to integrate the hydraulic water quality model and identification and prevention system of pipe burst with operating system, VIP system and customer service system so as to demonstrate and analyze the information of water supply at a unitary platform. Risk prioritizing of high-risk pipes neighboring Expo area is conducted by initiative application of forecasting model of pipes. As a result, pipe burst precautionary measures are presented,ensuring the safe operation of the directing drinking water system in Expo area.

水厂大规模应用臭氧生物活性炭与紫外组合消毒技术,通过紫外组合消毒技术灭活微生物、加氨氮抑制溴酸盐生成,解决受污染江河原水的异臭异味、溴酸盐超标和微生物安全问题。保证了世博园区直接饮用水的水质安全。

To ensure the safety of direct drinking water quality in the Expo area, technology of ozone-activated carbon combining with ultraviolet disinfection is applied in large scale in water plants to inactivate microorganisms.The formation of bromate is restrained by ammonia nitrogen, thus solving the safety problems of odor smell of polluted rivers, excessive bromate and microorganism.(www.xing528.com)

围绕世博园区场馆及重要区域的排水安全和防汛安全保障,应用世博地区排水风险评估、世博园区暴雨径流多元保障技术研究及世博排水生态视窗等技术手段,建立排水系统风险评估、诊断、运行调度优化、应急处置等措施为主的多元保障系统,形成从现场监控/抢修到泵站调度、从排水始端到排水末端、全径流路线管理的排水减灾应急体系,为世博园区的供排水安全运行提供了技术保障。

Water plant advanced treatment and the application platform for combined technologies of direct drinking water treatment in the Expo area

To ensure drainage safety and flood prevention in Expo area and important regions surrounding the Expo,various technologies are applied like risk assessment of drainage, study of storm runoff drainage and drainage ecological window. In addition, multiple-element ensuring system is also established, which consists of risk assessment of drainage system, optimization of diagnoses and operation and emergent disposal, thus forming the drainage emergent system throughout the runoff from site monitoring and rush repair to scheduling at pump station, from drainage beginning to end and from local to the whole.

2010年的上海世博会是世界性盛会。世博园区直接饮用水供应面积大、持续时间长、客流总量多、昼夜用水量差别大、龙头水直接饮用、跨越夏季主汛期,需要解决直接饮用水水质稳定达标及供水和排水的运行安全的问题。从“源头到龙头”的世博园区直接饮用水安全保障技术成果保障了世博184天、7 000万人次、客流高峰达100万人次直接饮用水的供给与运行安全,实现了打开龙头直饮的目标,成为我国在大型公众场所成功提供直饮水的典范。形成从现场监控/抢修到泵站调度、从排水始端到排水末端、从局部到整体,全径流路线管理的排水减灾应急体系,为世博园区的供排水安全运行提供了技术保障,提升了我国供排水技术水平,具有良好的应用前景。

The 2010 Shanghai World Expo is a grand global exhibition. For the vast area, the long duration, the huge total passenger volume, different water consumption between day and night, direct tap drinking and crossing major flood period in summer, it is necessary to ensure the quality of direct drinking water all the time and the safety of water supply and drainage. The technologies that ensure direct drinking water safety from “source totap” safeguarded the direct drinking water quality and operation safety of the Expo for 184 days, for a total of 70 million visitors, (one million visitors at peak) to have tap water drinking, which sets a good example nationwide in providing direct drinking water in wide public places, forming the disaster reduction system and emergency response system from on-site monitoring/first-aid repair to pump station scheduling, from beginning to end of the drainage pipeline, and from part to whole. This has improved China’s drainage technology and is very promising in the future.
