如何避免中等收入陷阱？经济学与政治经济学分析的比较

摘要　经济学和政治经济学从不同视角阐述了中等收入陷阱的客观性与形成机制，构建了各具特色的理论框架，既有相通之处，也有重要差异。经济学分析主要从资源配置角度，以收入分配、产业结构、人口结构为研究对象，分析了经济体被中等收入陷阱锁定的机制；政治经济学则深度更深、广度更广，特别关注经济现象背后的政治经济力量是如何运作的。通过分析和比较，结合经济发展的现实，我们在理解中等收入陷阱时，不仅要探索其经济学机制，更要关注其背后反映的政治经济生态。这对我国顺利跨越中等收入陷阱，迈入高收入国家有重大意义。

The Middle-Income Trap：a Comparative Analysis of Economics and Political Economics

Abstract：Economics and Political Economics explains the objectivity and the formation mechanism of middle-income trap from different perspectives，having formed the different characteristics of the theoretical framework.They have both similarities and differences with each other.From the perspective of resource allocation，economic analysis is based on income distribution，industrial structure and population structure，and analyzes the mechanism by which the economy is locked by the middle-income trap.Political Economics is deeper and wider.It pays special attention to the political and economic forces behind the economic phenomenon.Through the analysis and comparison and considering the reality of economic development，we can understand the middle-income trap better.We should not only explore the economic mechanism，but also pay more attention to the political and economic ecology when we understand the middle-income trap.It is a great significance for our country to cross the Middle-Income Trap and enter the High-Income countries.

我国当前进入了中等收入阶段，面临着陷入中等收入陷阱的风险。经济学和政治经济学都对中等收入陷阱问题进行过探究，对两大理论体系的相关理论进行对比与总结，明确各自的基本观点，借鉴其科学成分，对于我国顺利跨越中等收入陷阱，迈进高收入国家行列有重要意义。
