英语辞职信的三大构成部分的介绍

辞职信顾名思义就是辞去职务时的正式文体，通常由三大部分构成。

(1)开头部分

开门见山提出申请辞职的内容，让人一看便知。例如:

After tough consideration，I would like to express my sincere regret to tender my resignation.

After careful consideration and soul-searching，I have decided resign my position as a...

I regret having to resign from my position because of the reocation of my family.

（2）申述提出申请的具体理由

该项内容要求将自己有关辞职的详细情况一一列举出来，但要注意内容的单一性和完整性，条分缕析使人一看便知。例如:

As required by my contract，I have finished five years’service in...company，and now I plan to run my own business since...

As of August 7th，I will be terminating my employment at...Company.I have allowed two weeks prior to my departure for assisting in the transition process.

（3）结尾部分(www.xing528.com)

提出自己提出辞职申请的决心和个人的具体要求，希望领导解决的问题等。结尾要写上表示敬意、感谢和期待回复的话语。例如:

I can extend the date to one more week if the company need more time to find the replacement，so that I can hand over the documents and files.I’d like to show the ropes to the new person as well.

I really cherish the experience and help I have received at...company，and wish all of you a prosperous future...

May I take this opportunity to wish you all the very best for the future...Look forward to your early reply.
