2006年，双流区华阳镇骑龙村出土了一株东汉摇钱树。整株树为青铜打造，共分七层，并配有陶质底座。树顶层为一只展翅飞翔的凤鸟，凤头高仰，首尾相连呈圆状，侧面张开的双翼轻盈灵动。整只凤鸟犹如起舞的风火轮，极具美感。凤鸟之下，共五层插接十五片枝叶。最上层叶片有人物造型，有的双手高举，有的手持器物，有的似乘车。再往下的叶片，铜钱、人物、动物串联错落，造型别致。底座瑞兽清晰可见。摇钱树主要分布在我国西南部，其中以四川出土最多。这些摇钱树和三星堆出土的青铜神树都给人无限神秘之感。也许它们就是《山海经》里的通天神树，蕴藏着远古文明的密码。

A bronze tree of the Eastern Han Dynasty was unearthed in Qilong Village, Huayang Tow n, Shuangliu in 2006. This tree, entirely made of bronze, has seven layers and a pottery base w ith auspicious animal design. On top of the tree is a phoenix ready tofly. Its light and flexible w ings are w ide open on both sides, and its head is raising high and form ing a circle w ith its tail. The bird is very beautiful like a dancing w indand-f ire wheel. This money tree, like the Bronze Sacred Tree unearthed at Sanxingdui, gives people a sense of profound m ystery. Perhaps they are the sacred trees to Heaven described in The Classic of Mountains and Rivers, containing the codes of a distant civilization.
