商务英语电子传真的写作技巧与要点

商务英语电子传真的写作技巧与要点

(一)定义及组成部分

传真(fax)的英文全名为“facsimile”,采用先进技术,具有迅速、准确、经济、方便等特点,是一种理想的现代化高速通信手段。它可以传递各种文件、合同、信函、稿件、图表、图形、设计图纸等手写和印刷的材料,给我们的日常生活和商务活动带来了极大的便利。

传真一般由传真头和正文两大部分组成。其中,传真头主要包括收件人姓名和单位、发件人姓名和单位、发件日期、传真主题等;正文部分形式多样,可根据具体情况采用信函、便条备忘录等形式。传真文稿应力求准确、清楚、完整地表达原意;文字力求精练,从而可以缩短发送时间,节约资源与费用,应尽量使用缩写词和国际贸易通用的缩略语。

(二)常用表达法

1.开头语
