摘 要
随着全球经济的迅速发展,中国的市场经济也在稳步提升。如今,我国很多行业已经对动态竞争的理论开始了广泛的关注。对于酒店行业,如何制定一个成熟的竞争策略,使得自身在价格动态竞争中占有主导地位,赢取竞争优势已经成为一个重要的目标。
本文以小聚集区内的酒店价格动态竞争过程为研究主题。分别挑选交通枢纽、旅游商业区、大学校园区以及新型旅游发展区四种类型的小聚集区为研究区域,对各个小聚集区内的12家酒店的价格动态变化进行了纵向跟踪分析。研究发现:酒店的客房价格受地理位置、节假日、消费群体和特殊事件影响。酒店之间的动态竞争是一个相互影响、相互依赖的动态过程:若一家酒店采取行动并且获得一定利益后,必然会引起竞争对手的高度关注和反应,进而该酒店再次开始制定竞争策略从而进行反击。
最后,为制定酒店竞争战略提出建议:酒店若想在竞争中取得优势,不仅需要合理地应对价格的动态竞争,更应该全面提升酒店品质,完善酒店设备设施,加强酒店企业文化建设,提高对客服务质量,加大产品差异化等,从而赢取顾客较多的满意度。(https://www.xing528.com)

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the global economy,China’s market economy continues to develop. Nowadays,many industries of our country have started to have a widespread attention of Dynamic Competition Theory. For the hotel industry,how to develop a mature competition strategy,making their own dominant dynamic competition on price has already become an important target.
Based on the dynamic competitive process of hotel price in small area as the research subject. This article selects four types of gathered areas respectively,such as transportation hub,tourism business district,the area near the University campus and new tourism development area,then longitudinal tracking the dynamic changes of the price of 12 hotels in these four areas.
The article finds the hotel guest room price influenced by geographic location,holidays,consumer groups and special circumstances. The dynamic competition between hotels influences each other,depends on each other. If a hotel takes action and gets some interest,competitors will start making competition strategy to fight back immediately.
Finally,the article makes recommendations for the formulation of competition strategy:if the hotel wants to get advantage in the competition,it not only needs to sustained price war,but also should raise the overall hotel quality,strengthen the hotel enterprise culture,improve the quality of customer service and increase product differentiation to gain customer satisfaction.
