滚珠丝杠副传动精度优化设计

【摘要】:综合考虑了结构参数对滚珠丝杠传动精度的影响,以滚珠丝杠副传动精度为目标函数建立优化模型,以静载荷、动载荷及稳定性等作为约束条件,利用Matlab 程序实现滚珠丝杠的优化设计。通过对某车载发射装置中的滚珠丝杠副进行优化,使其在满足强度、稳定性、效率等要求的前提下实现传动误差最小。结果表明,优化后的精度得到显著提升,为滚珠丝杠副的设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Optimal design of ball screws based on transmission accuracy

Abstract:The design and calculation of ball screw are mostly based on the method of table selection.The in⁃fluence of structural parameters on the transmission accuracy of ball screw is considered comprehensively,taking the static load,dynamic load and stability of ball screw as the constraints and the transmission accuracy as the objective function,its optimization model is established and the ball screw optimization design is realized using Matlab.Un⁃der the strength,the stability and the efficiency meeting the requirements,the ball screw of the vehicle borne launcher is optimized for reducing the transmission error.The optimization results show that the transmission accura⁃cy of the ball screw has been greatly improved,which provides a new idea and method for the future design of the ball screw.
