30CrMnSiA钢超高强度强韧化热处理实验探究

摘　要：为了满足产品高强高韧和降低造价的需求，对30CrMnSiA 钢进行了预处理+近亚温淬火+低温回火的超高强度强韧化热处理工艺试验。其热处理试件和产品的随炉试样，均能满足抗拉强度Rm≥1 650 MPa，断后伸长率A≥9%，冲击吸收能KU2≥60 J 的要求。试验结果表明，改进热处理工艺，挖掘材料潜力，提高材料性能，以较廉价的材料替代较贵的材料，是降低产品造价的有效途径之一。

Heat treatment test about super-high strengthening and toughening of 30CrMnSiA steel

Abstract：To satisfy the requirements of high strengthening-toughening and low cost of product，we con⁃ducted the superhigh strengthening and toughening heat treatment test，e.g.pre-treatment+ near-intercritical hardening+ low-temperature tempering.The inspected results of the sample parts of heat treatment and sample product，tension ≥1 650 MPa，elongation after fracture A≥9%，impact absorbing energy KU2≥60 J，meet the corresponding requirements.This process test indicates that the improvement of heat treatment could effectively enhance the material property，which makes it possible to replace the expensive material by the cheaper one so as to lower production cost.
