语法进阶：一般过去时与一般现在时的动词时态比较

研究结果部分经常用的动词时态是一般过去时/一般现在时这一对时态。

（1）描述研究结果一般来说是基于过去的事实，所以通常使用一般过去时。例如上述论文实例2中的下列句子：

At first this hardened very slowly...

Dislocation cell walls consisted of both dense and loose examples.

（2）介绍研究结果，引入图表时常用一般现在时，例如：

The distribution of strain is shown in Fig.5.(www.xing528.com)

The main results of cyclic stress-strain responses of the crystals are surveyed in Table 2.

（3）强调结果的普遍意义，对结果进行说明，或把本论文结果与过去的及同行的结果作比较时常用一般现在时，例如：

These results are consistent with the axis of misorientation being perpendicular to the primary slip plane.
