【摘要】:摘要自20世纪90年代以来,我国出版产业的发展环境发生了巨大的变化:加入WTO后,国外出版公司大量涌入,对中国出版产业造成了很大的竞争压力,信息技术为图书出版业发展造就新的技术环境,等等。中国出版产业采取了相应的措施应对新机遇和新挑战,比如组建出版集团,加快新技术应用步伐,等等。第五章在前述分析的基础上提出了在新形势下加快我国出版产业结构调整的对策建议。

摘要

自20世纪90年代以来,我国出版产业的发展环境发生了巨大的变化:加入WTO后,国外出版公司大量涌入,对中国出版产业造成了很大的竞争压力信息技术为图书出版业发展造就新的技术环境,等等。中国出版产业采取了相应的措施应对新机遇和新挑战,比如组建出版集团,加快新技术应用步伐,等等。因此非常有必要进一步深化改革,推动产业结构调整升级,推动体制机制和管理创新。

论文研究方法以实证为基础,采用文献研究方法、内容分析方法,描述和揭示了我国出版业发展的轨迹;采用定性和定量分析方法,对我国出版产业结构的现状进行了较为详尽的解剖分析;运用类比、归纳、演绎的方法,明确了我国出版产业发展的路向和实际操作的策略选择。

本论文第一章分析了研究背景和意义,对国内外研究现状进行了梳理和述评,并阐述了选题的基本思路、方法、目的和创新点。第二章是本论文的理论支撑部分,对产业结构的主要内容、出版产业的属性与基本特征、出版产业结构要素等进行了分析,并对其基本理论进行了综述。第三章剖析了我国出版产业结构调整的历史、存在的主要问题,并进行了详尽的原因分析;另外,还分析了本次美国金融危机对我国出版产业的影响。第四章分析了西方发达国家的出版产业结构现状,并对其进行比较分析;另外,也分析了前两次金融危机对出版产业的影响。第五章在前述分析的基础上提出了在新形势下加快我国出版产业结构调整的对策建议。

Abstract

Since the 1990s,tremendous changes have taken place in development environment in China’s publishing industry:accession to the World Trade Organization,foreign publishing companies’ entrance by roundabout way has brought great competitive pressure on China’s publishing industry.Information technology created a new technological environment for the publishing industry,and so on.China’s publishing industry has taken appropriate measures to respond to new opportunities and new challenges,such as setting up publishing group and accelerating the pace of new technology applications,and so on.However,many deep-seated problems in the constraints of China’s publishing industry have not been effectively resolved,it need to deepen the reform further,and promote institutional mechanisms and management innovation.

This dissertation is based on concrete study.Documentary research and content analysis are applied to describe and reveal the developing track of the nation’s publishing industry; qualitative and quantitative analyses are used in a detailed examination of the status quo of the publishing industry; analogy,inductive and deductive methods are used to draw out the developing line and strategic choices in reality of the industry.

The f irst chapter analyzes the background and signif icance of this thesis,makes an carding and commentary of domestic and international research status,and expounded on the main content and research methods.The second chapter is the part of the theoretical supporting this thesis,and analyzes the main contents of the industrial structure,the properties of the publishing industry and the basic characteristics and the publishing industry’s structural elements,and its basic theory are reviewed.The third chapter analyzes the restructuring of the history of the publishing industry,the main problems and the reasons for a detailed analysis.In addition,it analyzes the U.S.f inancial crisis on the impact of the publishing industry.Chapter IV analyzes the structure of the western developed countries status of the publishing industry,and its comparative analysis; In addition,it analyzes the two previous f inancial crisis inf luence on the publishing industry.On the basis of the foregoing analysis,Chapter V presents suggestions to speed up the adjustment of the publishing industry in the new situation.
