摘 要
IP是文化产业绕不开的概念，是以著作权制度为基础与保护手段，具有人类精神消费价值共性的，能够跨媒介、跨产业传播且转化为其他领域物质形态的文化资本。
IP概念之所以持续升温关键在于IP作为版权商品属性的衍生能力。IP衍生品是对版权权利多范围、多途径开发的结果，是版权在二次、三次甚至n次传播中价值增值，影响力扩大的过程。IP强大的衍生力使其成为跨界开发的纽带，各类娱乐形式不再孤立发展。电影因其多元化的表现方式和高密度的娱乐性是IP开发产业链的放大镜，因此IP衍生品开发上更具代表性，是推动IP衍生品开发的核心动力。
通过对现状的分析发现我国在电影IP衍生品开发上存在诸多问题，问题的背后集中体现在版权跨界开发与版权边界、权利过度拆分与传播效率、媒介衍生品与娱乐产生品、电影时效性与衍生品开发周期以及IP价值积累与价值开发这五对矛盾。
因此针对这五大矛盾点，本文从IP评估、IP授权及开发三大环节出发，提出电影IP衍生品开发是一个系统且综合性的工程。对IP衍生品开发的思路也应贯穿于电影产业始终，是各环节主体在对电影IP价值认同了解基础上从各自环节出发对不同版权权利进行开发，从而实现电影IP的经济及文化价值。

Abstract
IP is the concept that cultural industries cannot be ignored. Based on the copyright system, it is a cultural capital that has universal human values and can be spread across industries to form cultural commodities.
The key reason why the concept of IP keeps heating up is the ability of derivative that IP as the copyright commodities. IP derivatives are the result of multi-range and multi-channel development of copyright, which expanded the IP influence in the second, third times dissemination. The powerful derivative ability of IP has made it a link in cross-border development, and various types of entertainment cannot achieve development in isolation. Because of its diversified performance and high-density entertainment, the fi lm, as the amplifi er, promoted the development of IP derivatives.
Through the analysis of the current situation, there are many problems in the development of IP derivatives in Chinese film industry, and this problems mainly reflect five contradictions, including the cross-border development of copyright and the boundaries of copyright, the excessive resolution and dissemination of rights, the over-split copyright and propagation efficiency, media derivatives and entertainment derivatives, the film timeless and the longer development periodicity, the IP value accumulation and IP value development.
Therefore, focusing on the fi ve contradictions, paper propose that the development of IP derivatives is systematic and comprehensive project. The idea of IP derivatives development should run through the film industry from beginning to end. The main body of the various links of movie industry develops the different copyright from the respective links on the basis of recognizing the value fi lm IP.
