英汉翻译的逆译法

所谓逆译法是指由于英汉两种语言在表达方面存在着差异，在翻译时应按各自的语言表达习惯重新组合。在组合过程中，商务合同原文的一些语句顺序将被打乱，或前置，或后置。也就是说，或顺译，或倒译。这种倒译，即主要从原文的后面往前译的方法，通常被称为逆译法。
