国内外网络学术信息资源评价的发展趋势

【摘要】:逐渐运用网络信息计量、用户调查统计、用户信息行为分析等多种方法和技术对网络学术信息资源进行评价,并积极探索和不断提出具有定性性质的定量评价指标。关注用户的Web信息检索评价过程、Web信息搜寻行为以及网络学术信息质量评价动机与能力的研究文献不断增加。逐渐重视网络学术信息评价研究成果对用户信息素养的提升和对内容存储管理系统、信息检索系统功能的改进和完善。

国内外网络学术信息资源评价的发展趋势

无论国内还是国外,随着研究的不断深入,均呈现出以下发展趋势:

(1)评价内容不断深入。从最初笼统的因特网信息资源评价,到细分为具体的信息资源类型,如学术网站、开放存取仓储、开放存取期刊、学术博客、Web网页、开放存取论文、维基百科词条社会问答信息等。

(2)评价方法和手段不断丰富。逐渐运用网络信息计量、用户调查统计、用户信息行为分析等多种方法和技术对网络学术信息资源进行评价,并积极探索和不断提出具有定性性质的定量评价指标。

(3)越来越重视用户的评价认知研究。关注用户的Web信息检索评价过程、Web信息搜寻行为以及网络学术信息质量评价动机与能力的研究文献不断增加。

(4)重视评价研究成果的拓展应用。逐渐重视网络学术信息评价研究成果对用户信息素养的提升和对内容存储管理系统、信息检索系统功能的改进和完善。
